Vibrations Switchs 4-20mA Transmitters

For critical assets, Hansford’s vibration switch and monitoring systems secure production continuity. The vibration switch provides a relay output when the threshold is exceeded, with adjustable setpoint and delay; it can operate on mm/s RMS or g levels. With PLC/SCADA compatibility and optional 4–20 mA feedback, it integrates quickly on site, and ATEX options enable safe use in hazardous areas.

The monitoring systems collect acceleration, velocity and temperature across multiple channels, delivering trend analysis, alarm management and reporting. Automatic thresholding to ISO 10816/20816 limits strengthens predictive maintenance strategies and reduces unplanned downtime. Data archiving, on-site readout via a display unit and central PLC/SCADA integration provide a transparent, scalable vibration monitoring platform.

Vibration Monitoring

Modules that condition IEPE accelerometer signals connect directly to PLC/SCADA via 4–20 mA analog and relay outputs. Adjustable threshold, hysteresis and delay settings reduce false trips in vibration switch mode; status LEDs and quick-connect terminals speed commissioning.

A multi-channel vibration monitoring architecture continuously measures and logs mm/s RMS or g levels, applying warning and stop logic to ISO 10816/20816 machine classes. With ATEX-compliant sensor combinations, operation in hazardous areas is safe; a robust data set supports predictive maintenance and production continuity.

ATEX sertifikalı sensör/modüller ve uygun bariyer/izolatör ile kullanılabilir. Kurulumda topraklama ve “entity parameters” şartlarına uyun.
